Submission Tips

Photo Quality Standards

  • High Resolution – Photos must be at least 300 DPI or 1920×1080 pixels (no blurry or pixelated images).
  • Good Lighting – Well-lit photos, preferably using natural light or bright indoor lighting—avoid shadows or dark areas.
  • Clean & Professional Appearance – Equipment and surroundings should be clean and organized (no clutter or distractions in the background).
  • Proper Framing & Angles – Equipment should be centered and clearly visible; avoid extreme close-ups or awkward angles.
  • People in Photos (for bonus points) – If featuring a person (Athletic Director, Equipment Manager, etc.), ensure they are clearly visible, appropriately dressed, and looking at the camera.
  • Before & After Photos – Must be taken from the same angle and perspective to clearly show the transformation.

Video Quality Standards

  • Minimum Resolution: 1080p HD – Crisp and clear; avoid shaky footage (use a tripod or steady hands).
  • Good Audio – If capturing sound (e.g., testimonial or equipment in use), ensure there’s minimal background noise.
  • Engaging Content – Video should show the equipment in action (loading, unloading, running) or a customer speaking about their experience.
  • Short & Concise – Ideally film for a couple minutes. GNA Marketing can trim as needed.
  • Horizontal Orientation – All videos must be shot in landscape mode for better compatibility with websites and social media. GNA Marketing can trim as needed.
    • If you can provide vertical orientation as well, that’d be great!
