Oshkosh, Wis. – Girbau North America (GNA), in Oshkosh, Wis., recently welcomed Aaron Coleman, of Oshkosh, as technical support specialist.

In his new role, Coleman takes an array phone calls each day relating to the troubleshooting, installation and repair of GNA laundry systems. Additionally, he assists with GNA service training workshops; regularly helps with product maintenance and training assistance in the field; and collaborates on the creation and development of technical support and improvement projects and bulletins.

“We are delighted to have Aaron on our service team,” said Technical Service & Training Manger Shannon Rose. “His experience in aircraft electronics and maintenance will make for a speedy transition into commercial laundry technical service.”

Coleman, who served as five years as an aviation technician for the U.S. Marine Corps, holds more than a decade of experience in aircraft mechanic and field service roles. He is pursuing an associate’s degree in electronic engineering technology from Fox Valley Technical College, in Appleton, Wis.

“My position with GNA aligns with what I am going to school for, so I am hoping to improve my skills and craft,” said Coleman. “I really like GNA’s delegative leadership approach, which allows me to problem solve and learn with a hands-on approach.”

Oshkosh, Wis. – May 20, 2025 – Girbau North America (GNA) recently welcomed Kat Micoliczyk, of Appleton, Wis., as graphic designer.

“Kat is energetic, creative and a great communicator,” said Tari Albright, director of communications. “We are thrilled to have her as part of the marketing team and look forward to watching her as she grows her career into the future.”

In her new role, Micoliczyk handles the development and execution of creative projects that support GNA and its divisions. As such, she manages personal project workflows, ensuring brand consistency, and delivers high-quality visual content across multiple platforms. As graphic designer, Micoliczyk also collaborates with internal teams, customers and vendors to produce marketing materials, digital content, sales tools and event graphics that enhance brand awareness and engagement.

“I really enjoy that I get to work on something new every day,” said Micoliczyk, of her new responsibilities.

Micoliczyk, who earned an associate’s degree in graphic design from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, in Green Bay, Wis., most recently served as a pre-press production artist at Wild Blue Technologies, in De Pere, Wis. Prior to that post, she served as a graphic design intern at Fox Cities Performing Arts Center, in Appleton, Wis.

Oshkosh, Wis. – May 20, 2025 – Girbau North America (GNA) recently welcomed Rudy Salazar, of Berlin, Wis., as technical service apprentice.

In this role, Salazar supports GNA’s customers and distributor partners by diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing commercial laundry equipment via phone and hands-on service. He brings four years of experience as a control box builder and washer assembler.

“Rudy brings a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a real eagerness to learn,” said Shannon Rose, GNA’s technical services & training manager. “He’s already made a positive impact with his hands-on approach and willingness to take on new challenges. We’re excited to have him on the team.”
