LG Equipment Rebate Request

As part of the Laundry365 Initiative, GNA provides team members with low cost laundry equipment options as a reward for their service to our company.

As an added benefit, employees can submit a rebate form to receive a refund for their 1st set purchase price plus applicable taxes after one year.

To qualify for the rebate, an employee must complete a minimum of one continuous year of service from the time of purchase, work a minimum of 20 hours per week and be actively employed at the time the rebate is to be issued.

Please fill out the form within 60 days of the one year anniversary date of your purchase to receive your rebate.
