2024 Incentive Trip
What you need to know: Additional Information on our VIP Trip to VIC, May 17, 2024
I hope that you are getting excited and ready for our Voyage on the Mediterranean! I know I am looking forward to seeing everyone! A bit of additional information for those of you going to Vic on the 17th…
Dress: For your safety while touring the factories, please ensure you wear closed-toe shoes, tennis shoes, flat shoes with rubber soles, etc. Please NO flip flops, sandals, or high-heeled shoes. Dress can be casual but please dress modestly as we are visiting during business hours.
GSA has requested that the attached two forms are reviewed and signed off on prior to our visit:
1. Consent for the use of Image:
During our visit, GSA may take photos of our group tours, etc. The Consent Form will allow for GSA to then use these photos on various Girbau social media pages, etc. Please review, accept or do not accept and return the signed document to me via the email link below at your earliest convenience and by no later than May 3, 2024.
2. EHS Contract Standards:
This document further explains safety protocols and guidelines for while touring the Girbau office and factories. Please review, sign and return this document to me via the email link below, again, please submit by no later than May 3, 2024.
NOTE: Each person attending the trip to VIC needs to fill these forms out.
