REMINDERS
Cruise Documents & Luggage Tags
If you have not done so already, please ensure you are checked in! The 12:30 check in time has been filled. Please select the earliest check in available to process through check in. We will however, as your agenda indicates, meet at H10 Metropolitan at 11:30 AM on May 19th to board a shuttle to port and the group will board together. You at this time should also review your cruise docs and print your luggage tags. To do this, simply go to your RC account and click on the View more details tab and the View and Print Documents header will show up.
Cruise Documents:
Simply click on the cruise document tab and your cruise document will pop up. Please take some time to review this information. Page 4 has the estimated port arrival and departure times included.
Luggage Tags:
Click on the Luggage Tags tab and you can now print your luggage tags. PLEASE PRINT THESE TAGS FROM HOME. Please ensure that you print one for each of your bags. I will have tag holders on hand to give you at H10 Metropolitan check in on your arrival in Barcelona.
VIP Trip to VIC, May 17, 2024
REMINDER: PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR FORMS TODAY — May 6, 2024!
GSA has requested that the attached two forms are reviewed and signed off on prior to our visit:
1. Consent for the use of Image:
During our visit, GSA may take photos of our group tours, etc. The Consent Form will allow for GSA to then use these photos on various Girbau social media pages, etc. Please review, accept or do not accept and return the signed document to me via the email link below at your earliest convenience and by no later than TODAY, May 6, 2024.
2. EHS Contract Standards:
This document further explains safety protocols and guidelines for while touring the Girbau office and factories. Please review, sign and return this document to me via the email link below, again, please submit by no later than TODAY, May 6, 2024.
NOTE: Each person attending the trip to VIC needs to fill these forms out.
